ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
RRCS Athletic Department is and extra-curricular program for students who are interested in playing sports. Our sports program teaches our students that they are students first, as well as building character and discipline. Our program is for Elementary (5th and 6th Grade), Junior High (7th & 8th Grade), and High School (9th – 12th Grade). In our sports program we have tackle football, volleyball, cross-country, basketball, softball, baseball, and rodeo.

In our athletic program our coaches take the time to coach the basic fundamental skills for each sport. Coaches are in contact with parents, teachers, transportation and Administration to ensure the athletes are eligible to participate in sports events at home or at away games.

Association (AIA) Physical Form Signed by a Physician.

Athletes are to have a C Average to participate.

Grade Checks Complete by Teachers Every Two Weeks

Dress Up on Game Days

Girls are required to wear slacks and nice shirt or dress.

Boys are required to wear slacks, collared shirt.

Follow student handbook rules and expectations.

Show sportsmanship like conduct at all times.

Fundamentals of listening, speaking, and writing Navajo.

Learning about our cultures, our families, and history.
Computers
Computers plays an important role in students’ career and development. Students can use this program to learn new skills and more advanced version of current lessons.
